  • SE220 Excavator:

    The SE220 is a 21.9-ton hydraulic excavator designed for efficiency in medium-to-heavy earthmoving projects. It is powered by the Cummins B5.9-C engine, which provides approximately 112 kW (150 HP). This machine features a high-end negative flow control hydraulic system that optimizes the match between the engine and the main pump, ensuring faster response times and lower fuel consumption. It is commonly used for urban construction, road leveling, and pipeline excavations.

  • Shantui DH24-B3 XL (Upgraded Hydraulic Dozer): This upgraded hydrostatic bulldozer features an electronically controlled Cummins engine (typically the L9 for the M/XL series). Its dual-circuit hydrostatic drive system allows for pivot steering and loaded steering, providing exceptional maneuverability and power.

With an operating weight of roughly 23,450 kg, the SD22 is a versatile "workhorse" for road construction, desert leveling, and general earthmoving. It features a planetary power-shift transmission and a high-strength blade for maximum productivity.

  • SD32 Dozer:

    For larger-scale mining and heavy construction, the SD32 provides massive power. It utilizes the Cummins NTA855-C360S10 engine, delivering 320 HP (257 kW). Weighing over 40,200 kg, this heavy-duty dozer is designed to handle high-load environments. The SD32 is built with a reinforced chassis and heavy-duty undercarriage to withstand the rigors of rock handling and large-scale land clearing.

Concrete Machinery

  • Transit Mixer:

    Shantui’s transit mixers (often produced under the Shantui Janeoo brand) are built for long-distance transport without the risk of concrete segregation. They feature mixer drums made of high-strength wear-resistant steel. Common features include a large-capacity water tank for cleaning, an optimized blade design for rapid discharge, and integration with reliable chassis (such as Dongfeng or Sinotruk) for stability on rough terrain.

Road Machinery (Rollers & Graders)

Shantui is a market leader in road compaction and maintenance machinery, offering a comprehensive "road-building" solution.

  • Compactor (Single Drum Roller):

    Represented by the SR series (e.g., SR14, SR18), these single-drum vibratory rollers are used for the compaction of non-cohesive soils like gravel and crushed stone. They often feature dual-frequency, dual-amplitude vibration systems for high-quality compaction in fewer passes.

  • Steel Roller (Tandem Roller):

    These double-drum rollers (such as the SRD series) are specialized for asphalt pavement compaction. They provide a smooth, flat finish to road surfaces. The hydraulic double-drive ensures superior gradeability and precise control during high-speed road finishing.

  • Pneumatic Roller (Tyre Roller):

    The SRT series (Pneumatic Tire Rollers) uses the kneading effect of heavy rubber tires to compact materials like asphalt and stabilized soil. These are essential for sealing the top layer of road pavements to make them waterproof and durable.

  • Motor Grader:

    The SG series (e.g., SG18, SG21) graders are used for roadbed leveling, ditching, and slope scraping. Many models in this series also utilize Cummins 6BTAA/6CTAA engines to provide the high traction needed for blade cutting in hard soil. They are equipped with a 6-speed electronically controlled transmission for smooth operation.

  • Payloader (L/SL Series):

    The Shantui Payloader range includes the SL50W and L58K models, which are popular for their 5-ton to 7-ton loading capacities.

    • Note on "Taboiler": While "Taboiler" is not a standard Shantui model name, the SL50W-3 (often referred to as a "Top-Tier" or flagship payloader) is one of their most popular units. It features an articulated frame for a small turning radius and an advanced Z-type reverse tipping mechanism for large breakout force. Like the dozers and excavators, the premium versions of these loaders frequently come equipped with Cummins engines (such as the 6CTA8.3) to provide a powerful and fuel-efficient performance.
